Simon, Authentic Brands to buy bankrupt Lucky Brand for $140.1 million

The biggest U.S. mall owner Simon Property Group and apparel licensing firm Authentic Brands Group teamed up to buy denim maker Lucky Brand out of bankruptcy for $140.1 million.
