Bengals linemen, linebackers and tight ends wore Guardian Caps at training camp after the NFL required the padding for some position players this preseason.

Why do NFL teams have players wear extra helmet padding in practice and not in games? If they feel the need for extra padding then clearly they don't think the normal helmets
