It provides a Damage Threshold of 7. Its shoulder pads, thigh guard, and belt appear to come from NCR Ranger patrol armor, indicating that the White Legs have encountered NCR Rangers. Can be found on some White Legs. A set can be obtained from a White Leg who ambushes your caravan at the beginning of Honest Hearts.
