The skill of comfort is about human care and connection. It is more than being kind. It is connecting with a person in a way they know you care. Most people find making that connection awkward and avoid it. So, how can we break through and connect with those in need?
The pace of every day life, national and local crisis and technology are changing how we interact with family and friends and impacting peoples ability to comfort and connect with others. We teach and equip children and adults thru skill based learning how to create compassionate connections in order to awaken empathy and give comfort to those who are hurting and isolated.
