The Extended Hand-to-Big-Toe pose consists of three variations in the Ashtanga Vinyasa series. All three poses are practised one after the other. It starts with the classic extended hand-to-Toe pose, with the leg extended forward, known as Utthita Hasta Padangustasana A, and is followed by the variations B and C.
