Description

For the traditional reactive dyeing process you will need dye powder, soda ash, urea (opt.), fabric detergent (opt.), dust mask, gloves, and safety glasses.  Dye Mixing: For the color swatch, we used 2 tsp Ice Dye Blue dye powder to 1/2 cup warm water with 1/2 tsp urea.  You can use less dye powder to get a lighter hue or more dye powder for a darker hue.  Use your own reactive dye procedure or one of the dyeing procedures from the links below.  Happy dyeing!  Tie Dye PDF More Dye Info: We spend a lot of time finding the top quality suppliers for our dyes.  Most of our dyes are purchased from overseas.
