Get your heart pumping through short bursts of intense cardio for 20 minutes, followed by extended strength and core training sets. Bring a resistance band or a set of weights. High intensity doesn’t have to mean high impact. We offer modifications to make the most of YOUR workout. At Balanced Female Fitness (BFF), we believe in a balance of the basics in exercise: get your heart pumping (HIIT), strengthen your muscles (Strength Circuit & pyroPILATES), stretch and rest your body (Gentle Yoga).
