Williams -- a 6-foot-5, 215-pound four-star defensive end from Monsignor Bonner in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania -- committed to Penn State Saturday night over a list of finalists that included Notre Dame, Pitt, Syracuse and Texas A&M.
