In this position, Carolina has to push the growth of brands such as Oreo, Club Social, Trident and Halls from the Media perspective. Her focus is to maximize media performance (ROI) , exel in communications planning by boosting innovation and paving the digital pathway for Mondelez´s brands. Her career as a journalist has given her the opportunity to understand Media from within. She started at CNN en Español as an Entertainment Producer for Colombia. With the UN, she helped to create the Communications Department for UNFPA.
